More than a fault-code scan
A stored code can point us towards a system, but it does not automatically identify the failed component. We use tools including Launch diagnostics and VCDS where appropriate, then compare live values, carry out actuator tests and inspect wiring, sensors, power supplies and mechanical components. On more difficult faults we work through the evidence instead of replacing parts by guesswork.
